Great Elm opened a second office at the New World Business Centre at Warmley, Bristol this month. The office will be the base for our most recent team member, Sarah Hennesey. Sarah, who is a MAAT and a part qualified ACA, has a wealth of experience working in the accountancy profession and for various businesses as an accounting and finance officer. Sarah is “looking forward to working with Great Elm’s clients, providing them with a service that goes above and beyond their expectations”.
Great Elm has seen its client base in Bristol steadilly expanding. The office in Warmley is in an ideal location to service our Bristol clients and is well positioned to reach businesses in Bath.
Great Elm Bookkeepers believes that the cost of keeping the accounting records of a business should be an investment, not a cost. Businesses that merely produce accounts for compliance purposes do incur a cost without the benefit of having meaningful, timely information about the performance of the business. In contrast, those businesses that keep their records up to date and accurate have access to a wealth of valuable information.
For a business to be successful, it needs to have access to quality management information: cash flow, profitability, liquidity to state just a few. It also needs to assess investment decisions, be they about acquiring assets or deciding where they are going to spend their money in acquiring customers. Sadly, many small businesses do not have such information, which is one reason why so many fail. Great Elm prides itself on providing its clients with good quality management information.
So, make a decision to invest in your business and give us a call.
